食在好源頭 Tasmania FOOD!

Pornsak’s new show 食在好源頭 is an attractive fusion of both eastern and western culture.

After heading to Japan, Pornsak is currently in Australia, Tasmania to bring us the best food recommendation!

Tasmania is famous for its food because people live close to the land and sea and there is an easy flow from harvest to plate.

So far, in the past week, Pornsak has already travelled to Launceston, Hobart and Bruny Island!

At Hobart, the state capital and most populous city of Tasmania, Pornsak will bring you to see its one of its finest taste- Aurora lamb!

Aurora lamb is a premium product combining traditional and progressive farming methods.

Their lambs are grazed on the best natural grains and drink the purest Tasmanian water.

The program isn’t just land based. It travels out to the sea too. Pornsak had to sail out to look for the “fuel for love“.

“Get Shucked” is an iconic oyster farm based in the crystal clear waters off the breathtakingly beautiful Bruny Island, in the Huon and channel district of Southern Tasmania.

Also, on the show, Pornsak even had to dive in the freezing water in winter to look for the Abalone, the third most valuable fishery species in Australia, with the annual catch worth about $100 million.
